Developing a Simple Mt4 EA to close trades with Press of a Button

I have an mt4 EA that trades grids of buys and sell. 

At times it can accumulate several levels of buy and several levels of sell. As in the image below. 

As you can see here, we have 3 Buy orders which are in profit. I want the EA to calculate the value of those buys and identify the bottom most sell trade (s) for similar value (a degree of variation is tolerated) to be closed as hedged trades. The the EA will draw a rectangle around the trades that it wants to close. The value of the trades will be printed on the chart and by press of a button I will be able to close the identified hedged trades. In ideal scenario the total $ value of the hedged trades shall be 0. 

The same should be done for the sell side.
