EA to duplicate trades within the same terminal when conditions are met

Summary:

The purpose of the EA is to duplicate the existing open trades within the same terminal, it duplicates the existing profitable trades and reverse the losing ones when certain conditions are met.

Manual mode:

1. Show a button on the chart to :
    - Duplicate the trades that are currently running in profits by x pips.
2. Show a button on the chart to :
   - Reverse the trades that are currently losing (if set to true from options).

Example:
After clicking on a button showing over the chart and all the conditions are met, execute the above actions.

Auto mode (if set to true in settings)

Duplicate profitable trades running in profits by x pips, reverse losing trades (if set to true from settings)

Example:   
If all conditions are met (Auto mode == true, startTime, pipsToStart), then execute only once (or after closing all the positions opened by the EA).    
If Reverse losing trades is false, then don’t reverse, nor open the losing trades.

—— Notes : If global loss/profit is hit, then close all the existing positions of the account, if set to 0 it means it’s not enabled.

Attributes:

- Auto mode: (true/false) [boolean]
- Fixed Lot size : 1.0 (input)
- Start time in hours : 10 (input)
- Start time in minutes : 30 (input)
- Pips to start duplicating : pips required to start duplicating a position (input)
- Reverse losing trades (true/false) [boolean]
- Global profit (In account currency): 1000
- Global loss (In account currency): -500

Please note that a fully working .mql4 should be delivered, also the code should be well organized, structured, commented and easy to read.
