The indicator must contain US daylight saving time and Europe daylight saving time.

And the indicator must correct after 2005.1.1

I think you can create yourself using Date and Time. 

Which European DST ? UK, Germany, Italy, Greece or Switzerland ?

DST is pretty much influenced by government decission. So, correct or not, it depend on your Windows updates. Search Google for Micosoft Windows DST update (click that).
