WebSocket connection to 'msg3.mql5.com' failed

In my MT4, it says 'Invalid Metaquotes ID', and the id is available in Profile-> settings-> messages. But in my case, when I go to this section, it says ' WebSocket connection to 'msg3.mql5.com' failed'. please help.

I am not able sync the data to the server, In journal it says, 

   -    2024.06.12 19:29:06.820 Virtual Hosting: 6583367 failed to send migration data (send request failed [12002]) (send request failed [12002])

I also found entries in my journal: -  'Invalid Metaquotes ID'.
