MT5 Mobile App Issue

 
I'm trying to link up my live account to the MT5 mobile app for Android, and it tells me authorization failed. Then I realized you have to verify your personal information first... so, I fill everything out and then it says "we have sent a confirmation code to your email" and I have to enter the code. However, I check my email and it hasn't sent anything. Tried another email and still nothing... Any ideas on how I can get this solved?
