Which software?

  • MetaTrader? It's free — there is no refund.
  • Market product?
    • If you did not activate it within 7 days, then you can get a refund.
    • If you activated it and used it then you cannot normally get a refund, as you were able to evaluate it before hand with the Strategy Tester.
    • If it is a case of a faulty, buggy product, then contact the author to have it fixed.
