so I know you are talking about something that is not true.
My advice, please learn to respect things properly.

I am dealing with these payment systems so long that I am fed up with them.
Other than naively believing something,you should research more.
Try searching about Paypal deeply,you will be astounded.

If you really searched you would not ask us to go to search again. if you can't explain your findings meaning you did not find anything. If you can't explain what you know it means you know nothing
MQL must explain why they add and remove paypal again and again so that sellers can know what is going on we dont want our money getting stuck
It is about responsibility of MetaQuotes company to the sellers and the signal providers, right?

We show different payment systems for different countries.
We removed the variety of systems for all countries, since there was an overwhelming (sometimes close to 95%) number of deliberately erroneous payment attempts through local systems that only accept payments from local users of their countries.
Now we are working on expanding the lists of countries for access and adding new payment systems. Not all user-friendly systems suit us because of the monstrous fees. Plus, the whole world is intensely fragmented along payment channels.
In addition, for merchants, we introduced withdrawals to bank accounts for amounts ranging from $ 3,000 to $ 100,000 per day. This immediately improved the situation.
I really appreciate MQL5, and I'm so glad for the presence of PayPal
