More details are needed. UAC enabled ? Bit rate ? What build of the terminal ? What antivirus is installed ? Interested in startup mode, where is the terminal folder and the terminal data folder located? What user and with what rights is the application started ? Thank you
 
UAC switched off. X64. Bild 769 that was posted on the previous page. On the original 765 it wouldn't start just silently. No antivirus as the system is freshly installed. Terminal and data folders at standard paths (C:\Program Files(x86)\.... Run as a user with admin rights.
