Can you please tell me why the tester gives different values of the optimised parameter when repeating the optimisation process, all other things being equal? The mode "According to opening prices...." was used. Or should I switch to "All ticks...." mode?

Try to test with internet switched off or do not switch off the internet, turn on proxy server in terminal settings. Probably it is all about the spread of your brokerage company

I am now optimizing the EA parameters for the previous week and then using them for the next week. This approach is encouraging so far. Is there any possibility to optimize continuously, for example for a certain period, and then automatically change parameters (I still have one optimized parameter, fortunately) of my EA, for example after every bar (H1)? Or there is no such possibility on MT4? Then it would be super in general.
