Several issues - main is account issue! double charged! - page 2

 

I have a similar issue. I just subscribed to a signal but by mistake installed it on the wrong MT4 account and need to remove it and subscribe to it on the correct MT4 account but I don't want to be charged twice. I just want to move it to another MT4 account. I haven't even received any signals yet as I just subscribed 30 minutes ago but just now realized my mistake.

If someone could please assist with this it would be appreciated.

I believe you need to contact the service desk for something like this.  The forum is mainly users.  On your user profile page, left hand side is where the service desk connection is.
