how can I withdraw my profit and close my account if my broker refuses?

I started trading with a broker called and we made some profit, but when I requested some money this is when things started getting shady. The amount I requested was taken from my account but the money I never received. They stopped all communications with me right after.
I still have money in my MT account and it matches the amount I have in their website but I cannot withdraw it. does anybody have any suggestions? How can I get my money?
The only way to withdraw your trading money is through your broker.
If there is no communication, contact their regulating authority.
