Why there is some time issue in login to client.
Sometime it takes to demo account
Sometimes not responding.
 
It is related to this broker or to your internet connection.
Besides, Metatrader is asking to update your Internet Explorer to at least version 9, right? I see it from your screenshot.
Because Metatrader can not use the tabs (especially Market Tab) and can not connect you to Community tab without Ibnternet Explorer the latest version.
 

There are teo places to login in Metatrader:

  1. login to the broker's account (demo account or real account), if it is about the login to the trading account so - ask the broker (we can not help you here in this situation), or
  2. login to Community tab in Metatrader, if it is about Community tab login so use your forum logion(not your email) to fill this tab in Metatrader.
