One VPS. Multiple terminals.
If you are about MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 so there is one rule: one VPS per one trading account (irrespectiuve of the number of terminals you are using at home/office/etc for example).
But MQL5 VPS is the your Metatrader in cloud (MQL5 VPS = terminal), and you can send to this VPS/terminal your EA(s) attached to the open chart(s) and/or signal subscription.
So, if does not matter about how many terminals you are using at home because MQL5 VPS is the terminal (one terminal) working in cloud.
