I have done it with my old account and this is the way.


go to bottom of the page when you open this website from pc.

click ,contacts & requests'.

i chose subject as financial operations limited. so u can do the same.

tell them what you want mentioning ur username and mail id with which the account is registered and submit your request.

it should be done in a day.


if in worst case it doesn't within a week or 5 days. then close your request and open a new one following the same procedure. this shouldn't happen as your request is simple.
