Yes but most of those problems, if not all, are due to the user not knowing how to use their operating system properly, if the user understands UAC they wouldnt have a problem.

The problems are due to MetaQuotes having developed MT4 in a way that was suitable for Windows 98!

It is simply no longer allowed to put data files into the program files folder. Since Windows 2000 / Window XP there is %APPDATA% for this purpose or alternatively if you want to keep data and program in the same folder, then install it in a separate folder that is owned by the user. These are simple rules, they are in effect for more than 12 years now. Every other software company knows these rules, except MetaQuotes, they just ignore them. This and nothing else is the cause for these frustrating problems.
