All the software provided by you. Ultimately, you give me an IP and port, account number and password. I use the MT4 client to connect and trade. 

The necessary hardware rental costs borne by me, such as a VPS monthly fee 20$.
Because the demo account would be used by a long term, the project price is fee of 1 year.

I have a data feed that contains several exchange rates. It is socket connection form.
I hope that through a demo account of MT4 to trade these symbols with my data feed.

Implementation steps:
I provide data for the socket connection, which wraps IP and ports. Other steps done by you.
it's maybe follow steps. You could use the UDDE program (which is provided by the MQ company to the server administrator) Your MT4 server connects to the UDDE program to receive instant data. If there is a better way to transfer data into the MT4 server, that would be better.

Appropriate optimization:
Due to speed and delay issues, I hope that your MT4 server can run in the data source near the place. Your MT4 server, does not matter what is the license, version number, only demo trading can be used normally.
