Hello.

I need a custom indicator with the RSI and Awesome oscillator (exact details on the strategy to be discussed via private message). I would like it to display arrows in the charts when a signal occurs. The indicator MUST have the possibility to enable and disable audio notifications and push notifications (for the mt4 phone app). No need for email notifications.

ALSO, I need an empty EA. Meaning that the EA doesn't need to perform any operations or any specific function that involves transactions, I just need it to put it in the MT4 so the platform recognizes it. I need this, so I can be able to run custom indicators when renting a VPS. The VPS service won't recognize any custom indicator unless there's an EA running, but I don't any EA to perform operations, I just need an empty EA so that MT4 knows there's one there running in the background but without performing any operations.
