Convert custom indicator to EA (Request for quotation)

I would like to have the following requirements for my EA.

1)      Enter on X number of pips above/below ATR trend direction. For blue line uptrend, enter on X number of pips above blue line. For red line downtrend, enter on X number of pips below red line. When X=0, EA enter when market touch ATR. X number of pips to be specify at input parameters. Fixed lot entry.

2)      EA look at higher customizable time frame for trend confirmation. Option to turn to false.

3)      When HTF and current time frame of ATR is blue line uptrend, EA can only buy base on requirement (1) I have specify. Same analogy for red line downtrend. When HTF turn to false, EA will open position base on current time frame trend line only. Option to exit on opposite arrow for both HTF and current time frame.

4)      No opening of new position until previous opened position is closed.

5)      ATR period and coefficient are configurable at the input parameters.

6)      Once touches stop loss, EA will stop opening new positions for X number of bars. X number of bars to be specify at input parameters.

7)      I can specific SL/TP base on pips. Alert which can change to true/false when position is closed or opened.

Requirement 1, 2 and 3 is entry of market. Exit of market is base on stop loss and take profit being touch or on opposite arrow.

Please give me the source code upon job completion. Will send custom indicator once finalised. Thanks.
