Developer for new breakout EA required

Hi All,  I need an excellent mql4 developer to code a breakout EA

The developer must be experienced and have already coded reusable functions that can be put together to complete the majority or this EA
The developer must have excellent recent feedback from members
The developer must provide excellent value for money
The EA will require all the normal EA settings for money management, stop loss, trailing and virtual trailing, virtual pending, breakeven, time control etc etc
The EA will require a couple of other functions for money management and market flow filtering
The EA will trade 3 x breakout strategies using pending orders
The EA should be able to trade one or all of the strategies in parallel independently of each other
The EA should mark on the chart the entry and exit of the orders in different colours for each strategy
Although the 3 x strategies are different, the method of placing the orders will be similar meaning the reuse of those functions for each strategy is possible
The EA must be fully commented in English so it is clear what each part of the EA does
A full spec of the EA will be provided to the selected developers giving a chance to adjust the developer quote before final submission
