I am looking for a fibonacci based indicator to be drawn on the map and also to be used in EA. The indicator should be drawn based on setting two levels from Fibonacci sequence as I choose. 

All the time the starting level will be  the last modified fractal up or down. The last modified fractal should be a fractal where I can choose how many bars I want on the right and on the left. (from 1 to 10 bars).

The other level of the Fibonacci sequence should be the OHL or C price of the last two bar, the last bar or the current bar. I should be able to choose wich level of Fibonnaci sequence, wich price from OHLC and which bar I will set as indicator parameters.

All the values of the Fibonacci levels, the bar of the OHL or C and OHLC price should be external parameters and able to be used in an EA.
