Spezifikation
Hi,
Inputs:
- Two moving averages will set the trend direction.
- Long positions:
o When the entire body and wick close above both EMA lines, the candle will act as a trigger bar, with the position opening at the open of the next bar
o The swing low (inclusive of wick) will act as the stop loss. The swing low will be determined by the lowest point over the prior XX number of candles (input option)
o The TP will be XX that of the stop loss (input). Eg. If stop loss is set 25 points from open due to swing low, then the TP will be 50 points from open if the TP input is 2
Another trigger bar is when the price dips in between the two moving averages or below (without a full bar closing below both averages) but then again continues with the trend. A new position can open if another long position still hasn’t closed. Sample:
Short positions:
o When the entire body and wick close below both EMA lines, the candle will act as a trigger bar, with the position opening at the open of the next bar
o The swing high (inclusive of wick) will act as the stop loss. The swing high will be determined by the highest point over the prior XX number of candles (input option)
o Stop loss will be 2x that of the stop loss. Eg. If stop loss is set 25 points from open due to swing high, then the TP will be 50 points from open
INPUTS
1) 1) Moving average 1:
- Colour
- Method (example: EMA, SMA, Hull)
- Length
- Source (example: High, low, close)
- Timeframe (example: chart, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min etc)
2) 2) Moving average 2:
- Method (example: EMA, SMA, Hull)
- Length
- Source (example: High, low, close)
- Timeframe (example: chart, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min etc)
3) 3) Lot size
4) 4) Stop loss: stop loss to be based on the swing high/low which is based on the lowest/hight point of prior candles within a the inputted range. See below example which would be if “6” was noted as prior bars to finds swing high because it includes the 6 bars prior to the trigger bar.
5) 5) TP: Take profit input will be a multiple of stop loss. So if stop loss is 25 pips because swing high/low is 25 pips from open and the TP is set at 2, this means 50 pips will be the TP target (25x2). If 1 is entered, then 25 pips would be the take profit target based on a 25 pip stop loss.
