Basic Trading Algo with position management and trailing stops

Dear All,

 I would like to see bids for an algo which does the following:

 - Reads input from an indicator which provides output to the buffer (indicator does not need to be written, I will provide the code of it for reference and simplicity)

 - Algo uses this indicator to enter long or short positions

 - Algo has some position management logic

- Algo has some trailing stop parameters

An outline of the code is attached in the txt file. Comments are duplicated in both English and Russian

 During the development process happy to hear suggestions on possible improvements to my approach on position management and trailing stops, based on your experience

Flexible on the timing, quality is key. In your candidacy would be great if you could give 1-2 sentences on your thoughts re timing / questions - this is much better than empty applications
