Simple trade management EA

I would like to create a simple trade management EA, please see below for specification and requirements. If you see it's suit just apply then we can talk more in detail. Regards,

* EA will manage all working orders and pending orders in a trading account for all symbol. 

- Working orders: 

  + For BUY orders: If SL < Entry && Current Price - Entry > max(Entry - SL,(TP - Entry)/2) Then Move SL to (Entry +1 pip)

  + For SELL orders: If SL > Entry && Current Price - Entry < min(Entry - SL,(TP - Entry)/2) Then Move SL to (Entry -1 pip)

- Pending orders (BUY/SELL stop and BUY/SELL limit): 

  + EA will automatically set Stoploss and Takeprofit on pending orders if there are not SL and TP on this pending orders yet, value of SL and

    TP are calculated as below rule: 

    - BUY/SELL stop: Stoploss been set as symmetry with its Entry via Current Price, Takeprofit will be set with Risk:Reward =1:2.

    - BUY/SELL limit: Takeprofit been set as symmetry with its Entry via Current Price, Stoploss will be set with Risk:Reward =1:2.

  + Cancel pending orders: If Current Price </> Stoploss Then Delete BUY/SELL stop

                           If Current Price >/< Takeprofit Then Delete BUY/SELL limit
