Modify Existing Trade Manager EA (For Coder Brolin)

Requirements (Extracts from Previous EA)

1. IRe-design template to look something like the below in terms of the GUI template. Should be able to save and reload template (MT4 template functionality)

2. I'd like an update for the EA;

- Add a text on the line that has 'BUY/SELL' that states 'RATIO'. 
- When RATIO is highlighted and I move the red line, the green line should automatically move in the opposite direction by the same distance. Conversely the same should be the case when I move the Red line.The idea is, I load the lines to the chart, I move the red & green lines to a red (70% up) green line (30% down) position, I click on RATIO, move only the red line - and the green automatically moves as well so the ratio is maintained.
