BB with PSAR EA

This job is to amend an existing EA. 

The trade should be entered the moment PSar dot appears.

There will be no trade if PSAR is inside the bar. The EA will have to wait until the PSAR appears away from the high or low of the signal bar.

For example, if it is a sell trade, the EA waits for the PSAR to appear above the candle. However, if the PSAR dot is touching the candle wick or inside the candle, then the EA will wait for the next dot.

Summary of changes:

1. No setup if dot touching wick or in signal bar body.

2. Ea in Operation = Yes/No --> so that I can off the EA and keep settings without removing from the chart

3. Min and Max BarSetHeight

4. Enterat ===> WhenPSARsetupappears/CloseofSignalBarwithPSARSetup

5.SignalBarMinHeight

6. SL Type

7. ATR settings for T1 and T2

8. If T2 is a buy PO: then entry is at x points from the highest high of the 3 bars. T2 buy only appaers on setups at the upper BB.

    If t2 is a sell PO: Then entry is at x points from the lowest low of the 3 bars. T2 sell appears on setups at the lower BB.

    T2 will only open when T1 is opened or closed at a loss. T2 will not open if there is a T2 setup but T1 has not opened. 

9. Formatting changes: Eg: S2 change to T2, add headers at like ====< Other EASettings===>
