I need a mt5 expert advisor. based on the new high new low price.

the strategy is,

open at a entry above or below the new high or new low price from the previous bar.

i need a entry value in points. eg: open trade at 1 point above or below new high or low price from the previous bar. default needs to be 1 point.

i need to close the order at the next new high or low price. eg: if the ea opens a buy order then the ea should close the order on the next new low price from the previous bars value.

i need the ea to partial close at a specific value, at 50% of the lot size. eg: when the order is at 50 points profit close 50 percent of the lot. at every 50 points profit. eg: when the order is at 50 points loss close 50% of the loss. at every 50 points loss.

please add money management for the percent% of the balance, not the equity.
