EA based on customized ATR indicator

Hello, dear Developer!

This EA-robot, I need, is absolutely simple and based on a very simplified version of the original ATR indicator. (this indicator sATR I attach here - feel free to improve if you consider necessary, it's a shitty and rigid way for calculation)

taking a specific example 

Primer consideration: I will put the EA on a RENKO chart , where also  the (s)ATR indicator is

1st. consideration :

values that should be user-definable I mark with green and       underscore     

ALGORITHM :

IF ATR(current bar at bar completion) = -0.0006 AND  ATR(previous bar) = +0.0006, THAN  execute actions 1) close all open BUYs; 2) open SELL with size 0.01 Lot

IF ATR(current bar at bar completion) =   +0.0006 AND  ATR(previous bar) =   -0.0006, THAN  execute actions 1) close all open SELLs; 2) open BUY with size  0.01 Lot

|| These user defined values of ATR are absolutely precise and rounding should be avoided or given as an option!! No other scenario should trigger a trade or closing of previous orders - i.e.  "crossing" the ZERO line in any other manner , except from - 0.0006 to +0.0006 precisely or vice versa should not be a reason for the EA to trade! ||  

2nd. consideration: no StopLoss or TakeProfit put or managed by the EA. However the user should be able to define manually such StopLoss or TakeProfit levels.

3rd. consideration:  EA should contain Alert for  user specified value of the ATR. But only alert no action or asking(prompting) for action. Alert should be  with Pop-Up window, email, and push-up notification for Android version of the MT4 platform.   In case it is easier just to implement such an alert in the ATR indicator itself it is absolutely fine and I agree to work with this alert this way! 

 (IF ATR reaches  user specified value than ALERT should be triggered)

4th. consideration: I shall need about 3 to 5 days for testing the EA, after that I shall provide feedback and final touches for finished version. In the finished version i shall need to have  a  choice in the EA settings between "autotrade" and "prompt for action buy/sell" . In initial version this is not needed, because main purpose is testing. For real-life trade sometimes I might not want to take the action. That  "prompt for action buy/sell" should  refer to closing the orders as well as to opening new orders and execute both actions after confirmation.

5th. consideration: I plan to use the robot at least on 18-22 pairs simultaneously. So alerts and prompts for actions should have obvious label of the pair and the actions offered! 

6th. The final version of the EA(file) should be sent(provided) unlocked and open for edits by other person or by me as consigning party. !
