These are possible reasons EA Utility may stop working or freeze, in the case EA Utility is well written code but still problem persists
Problems :
1. MT5 Beta build : Any build which is not stable version may cause problems to any EA Utility

It has nothing to do with EA Utility. Run your Ea Utility without any indicator to see if problem is solved.
Possible Solution :
1. If its a problem due to beta build, roll back to previous stable build
2. If its a problem due to conflict of indicator, a rewrite or troubleshooting may require for the indicator causing problem .
